🌍 RASED Joins the Board of Arab Watch Coalition for Monitoring the Policies and Practices of International Financial Institutions

Al Hayat Center – RASED is proud to announce the selection of its Executive Director, Amro Al-Nawaiseh, to represent RASED as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Watch Coalition, a regional alliance that brings together civil society organizations from across the Middle East and North Africa. The Coalition works to monitor the policies and practices of international financial institutions in the region, contributing to inclusive, participatory, equitable, and sustainable development.

This appointment reflects RASED’s growing presence at both the regional and international levels and underscores our belief in the importance of collective action and cross-border partnerships in strengthening the impact of civil society and advancing the causes of development, good governance, and accountability.

At RASED, we believe that engagement in such regional platforms provides a valuable opportunity to share successful experiences and enhance cooperation with civil society organizations, local communities, and rights holders, ensuring that their priorities and interests are reflected in national development agendas.

We also believe that this role carries an even greater national responsibility: representing Jordan in the best possible way and showcasing the expertise and pioneering experiences of Jordanian civil society organizations, thereby strengthening Jordan’s position as an active partner in development and reform efforts across the region. 🇯🇴🌍
