The Universal Periodic Review (UPR)

On Monday, February 20th, the fourth discussion session of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of human rights was implemented by the TATWEER Coalition in Ajloun Governorate through the Coalition member, Naseej Foundation for Sustainable Development, which dealt with the nature of the report and its objectives, in addition to providing an opportunity for the participation of a group of civil society organizations to present some recommendations about national legislation and its role in enhancing the situation of human rights in Jordan. Some recommendations that were accepted in the previous report on the situation of human rights in Jordan were also discussed.
