Shrouq AlNaimat is the Manager of the Hate Speech and Disinformation Observatory on social media at Al Hayat-RASED, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting good governance, accountability, and citizen participation in Jordan, and the MENA region. In this role, Ms. AlNaimat brings extensive experience in monitoring and combating online hate speech and disinformation, and is committed to empowering women, youth, and persons with disabilities. Ms. AlNaimat is also a policy advisor on the Nazaha project and has previously served as a program coordinator and a key focal point for youth development projects at Al Hayat-RASED. With a deep commitment to evidence-based research and advocacy, Shrouq believes in the power of civil society to effect meaningful change in the region.
