Experts in Digital Transformation | Cybersecurity | Data | Public Policies & National Strategies, she has more than 16 years of experience in public and private sectors, and non-governmental organizations, currently she is working as Program Manager in Al Hayat consultancy for development research, previously she was working at the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship of Jordan as Head of Digital Transformation Policies and Strategies. Prior to that, she was a Chief Operating Officer ‎at IT Experts Company in Jordan. 

 

From academic perspective, Eng. Nada has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Balqa Applied University – Faculty of Engineering Technology. She has a certificate for the Enterprise Architecture of e-government from Songsil University in Seoul - Republic of South Korea. In addition to a certificate of Entrepreneurs Ecosystem from The Hague Academy for Local Governance in Netherland, also she has a national cybersecurity strategy development and implementation certificate from International Telecommunication Union.

 

In addition, she assigned to study the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) with the Secretariat of the Arab League working group, in order to improve the global ranking of Arab countries and provide recommendations to help improve performance. moreover, Nada won the Women’s Award for Cyber Security Consultants in the Middle East for the year 2021, and she listed as one of the “Top Influencers in Security & Fire" for 2022 in the cybersecurity field worldwide from IFSEC Global - Security & fire safety news.

 

Moreover, Eng. Nada is a member in several national and international organizations and groups, such as Women in Cybersecurity Middle East, and  JEA, and KAAJ, and she was a member for several national committees in Jordan 2016-2021, such as the Joint Committee for Open Government Data, The National Committee for Digital Transformation strategy,  The National E-participation Committee 2020-2021, also she participate in the Government Accelerators Program in 2022. In addition, she represented the Ministry for Open Government Partnership initiative in the ‎‎Third National Plan 2016-2018, and the Four National Plan for 2018-2021.  And she was member of the National Working Group which participated in developing the Fifth National Action Plan 2021-2025
